Erythroxylum microphyllum merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Erythroxylaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil tenggara dan selatan hingga Argentina timur laut. Nama ilmiah Erythroxylum microphyllum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Saint-Hilaire pada tahun 1829.
