Erythroxylum urbanii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Erythroxylaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Hispaniola hingga Puerto Rico. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan urban's false cocaine. Nama ilmiah Erythroxylum urbanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Otto Eugen Schulz pada tahun 1905.
