Erythroxylum vasquezii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Erythroxylaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru utara. Nama ilmiah Erythroxylum vasquezii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Timothy Charles Plowman pada tahun 1988.
