Forestiera macrocarpa merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Oleaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Baja California Sur). Nama ilmiah Forestiera macrocarpa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1894.
