Garuga forrestii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Burseraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Sichuan barat daya, Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Garuga forrestii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Wright Smith pada tahun 1921.
