Gaultheria eymae merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sulawesi Tengah. Nama ilmiah Gaultheria eymae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Kathleen Anne Kron pada tahun 2020.
