Gaultheria rupestris merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Pulau Selatan Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Gaultheria rupestris diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Forster pada tahun 1834.
