Gentianopsis thermalis merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Gentianaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat-tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan rocky mountain fringed gentian. Nama ilmiah Gentianopsis thermalis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ernst Otto Kuntze pada tahun 1965.
