Gossia aphthosa subsp. austro-orientalis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Myrtaceae (suku jambu-jambuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kaledonia Baru tenggara. Nama ilmiah Gossia aphthosa subsp. austro-orientalis mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2020.
