Heliotropium molle merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko timur laut. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan soft heliotrope. Nama ilmiah Heliotropium molle pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Torrey pada tahun 1939.
