Heterostachys olivascens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Argentina (Buenos Aires selatan, Rio Negro). Nama ilmiah Heterostachys olivascens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlo Luigi (Carlos Luis) Spegazzini pada tahun 1925.
