Hieracium caesium subsp. galbanum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Eropa utara, tengah dan timur. Nama ilmiah Hieracium caesium subsp. galbanum diperkenalkan oleh Gustav Adolf Hugo Dahlstedt pada tahun 1894.
