Hydrocotyle alchemilloides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Araliaceae (suku mangkok-mangkokan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ekuador hingga Peru. Nama ilmiah Hydrocotyle alchemilloides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Achille Richard pada tahun 1820.
