Hypseocharis pilgeri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Geraniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Hypseocharis pilgeri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Reinhard Gustav Paul Knuth pada tahun 1908.
