Ilex vomitoria subsp. chiapensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Aquifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Meksiko tenggara. Nama ilmiah Ilex vomitoria subsp. chiapensis diperkenalkan oleh Aaron John Sharp pada tahun 1982.
