Isoetes truncata merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Alaska tenggara hingga Kanada barat. Nama ilmiah Isoetes truncata diperkenalkan oleh Alvah Augustus Eaton pada tahun 1905.
