Isoetes weberi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Isoetaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul) hingga Uruguay. Nama ilmiah Isoetes weberi pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Wilhelm(Guillermo) Gustav(o) Franz(Francis) Herter pada tahun 1922.
