Jacobaea borysthenica merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Rumania hingga Eropa timur. Nama ilmiah Jacobaea borysthenica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 2006.
