Juniperus indica merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Cupressaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim dingin (subalpin atau subarktik). Nama ilmiah Juniperus indica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Antonio Bertoloni pada tahun 1862.
