Justicia insolita adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Baja California Sur). Nama ilmiah Justicia insolita pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Townshend Stith Brandegee pada tahun 1889.
