Justicia kuestera merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Assam. Nama ilmiah Justicia kuestera pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Victoria Anne Wassell Graham pada tahun 1988.
