Lecosia formicarum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Amaranthaceae (suku bayam-bayaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil (Bahia tenggara). Nama ilmiah Lecosia formicarum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Troels Myndel Pedersen pada tahun 2000.
