Lepanthes ballatrix adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia selatan hingga Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Lepanthes ballatrix pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlyle A. Luer pada tahun 1983.
