Lepanthes norae adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia timur laut hingga Venezuela barat laut. Nama ilmiah Lepanthes norae diperkenalkan oleh Ernesto Foldats Andins pada tahun 1969.
