Luzula picta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Juncaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Selandia Baru. Nama ilmiah Luzula picta diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Achille Richard pada tahun 1832.
