Malaxis subtilis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Vietnam. Nama ilmiah Malaxis subtilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Leonid Vladimirovich Averyanov pada tahun 2013.
