Malaxis trigonopetala adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk umbi semu (pseudobulbous). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sulawesi. Nama ilmiah Malaxis trigonopetala pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johannes Jacobus Smith pada tahun 2002.
