WOOLLY NIPPLE CACTUS Mammillarianivosa Link ex Pfeiff.
Mammillaria nivosa merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan woolly nipple cactus. Nama ilmiah Mammillaria nivosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Heinrich Friedrich Link pada tahun 1837.
