Manihot dichotoma adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil timur laut (hingga Minas Gerais). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan manicoba rubber. Nama ilmiah Manihot dichotoma pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernst Heinrich Georg Ule pada tahun 1907.
