Marlothistella stenophylla merupakan tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Aizoaceae yang tumbuh dalam bentuk semak dan memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape timur. Nama ilmiah Marlothistella stenophylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Harriet Margaret Louisa Bolus (née Kensit) pada tahun 1995.
