Matelea biflora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan star milkvine. Nama ilmiah Matelea biflora pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Constantine Samuel Rafinesque pada tahun 1941.
