Medinilla macrophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah kawasan Malesia. Nama ilmiah Medinilla macrophylla diperkenalkan oleh Carl Ludwig Blume pada tahun 1849.
