Medinilla malaboensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sulawesi. Nama ilmiah Medinilla malaboensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Reinier Cornelis Bakhuizen van den Brink pada tahun 1943.
