Melampodium strigosum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Arizona, Colorado, hingga Texasto Meksiko. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan shaggy blackfoot. Nama ilmiah Melampodium strigosum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Tod Falor Stuessy pada tahun 1972.
