Memecylon edule var. orientale merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Melastomataceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Thailand. Nama ilmiah Memecylon edule var. orientale diperkenalkan oleh William Grant Craib pada tahun 1931.
