Mentha longifolia subsp. capensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Zimbabwe hingga Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Mentha longifolia subsp. capensis diperkenalkan oleh Carl Peter Thunberg pada tahun 1897.
