Mikania selloi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Mikania selloi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Curt Polycarp Joachim Sprengel pada tahun 1826.
