Mimosa biuncifera adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Arizona hingga Texas barat dan Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Mimosa biuncifera diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 1839.
