Mimosa dolens var. foliolosa merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil hingga Argentina timur laut. Nama ilmiah Mimosa dolens var. foliolosa diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 1991.
