Mimosa morongii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Mimosa morongii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Nathaniel Lord Britton pada tahun 1893.
