Mimosa uninervis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil tengah hingga Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Mimosa uninervis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Hippolyte Chodat pada tahun 1910.
