Mimosa zygophylla adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Texas hingga Meksiko timur laut. Nama ilmiah Mimosa zygophylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 1852.
