Monopyle maxonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Monopyle maxonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Conrad Vernon Morton pada tahun 1938.
