Myosotis decumbens subsp. florentina merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Italia (Appennini). Nama ilmiah Myosotis decumbens subsp. florentina pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jürke Grau pada tahun 1970.
