Myosotis discolor merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Azores, Eropa hingga Mediterania. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan changing forget-me-not. Nama ilmiah Myosotis discolor diperkenalkan oleh Christiaan Hendrik Persoon pada tahun 1798.
