Myosotis sylvatica subsp. elongata merupakan tumbuhan dwimusim atau menahun dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Sicilia hingga Italia selatan. Nama ilmiah Myosotis sylvatica subsp. elongata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Gabriel Strobl pada tahun 1964.
