Najas marina subsp. sumatrana merupakan tumbuhan tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydrocharitaceae yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sumatra Barat. Nama ilmiah Najas marina subsp. sumatrana mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 1988.
