Nematanthus australis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Gesneriaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil selatan. Nama ilmiah Nematanthus australis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alain Chautems pada tahun 1984.
