Nepeta menthoides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Iraq hingga Iran. Nama ilmiah Nepeta menthoides diperkenalkan oleh Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1860.
