Nymphaea jacobsii subsp. toomba merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Nymphaeaceae (suku teratai-terataian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Queensland. Nama ilmiah Nymphaea jacobsii subsp. toomba diperkenalkan oleh Carl Barre Hellquist pada tahun 2011.
